Reporter : Steve, what's up with all these antenna problems in your iPhone ?
Steve : What problems ? You think we wouldn't know of one if there was one ?
Reporter: Wait. Didn't you hear about people not getting reception on their new iphones ?
Steve : Oh, that's just a training issue ? I thought two years was enough to teach someone how to hold the phone properly .
Reporter: Oh, so you are denying their allegations ? You should know by now that the customer is always right !
Steve: Ofcourse, the customer is always right .
Reporter: What do you mean ? On one hand you are denying the problems and on the other you say they are always right ?
Steve : I am not denying the problems . The customer is always right and we always knew it.
Reporter: I don't understand. If the customer is always right why don't you fix the problem with the phone ?
Steve : I am really getting sick of this interview. If the customer is always right, why should we fix any problem ?
Reporter: Could you please elaborate? I am totally confused .
Steve: Well, the customer is always "right" so we designed the phone to be held in the right hand. Why are they holding it in their left ?
